Taken out ( not in a good way) by a boarder

Recently, on a blue bird day @ Bear Valley Ski Resort this boarder attempted to catch air on the ramp for loading people on the chairs! on a blue circle run! I was second in line and he crashed into me ( from behind) losing his ticket and all self respect in the process. The resort gave me the unedited video if I wanted to litigate ( Did not bring and legal action against this 18 year old) he fractured two of my ribs ( in the back) and sent me to pain ville for a two to three week stay. And ended my 2009/2010 ski season in the spring. Did manage 9 days this season and Thank You again shell oil for all the free skiing. It does make me want to ski in Utah which has one or two resorts that restrict boarders

Why this?

Hi Fellow Ski/Sail enthusiasts: I was recently denied access to HV in Tahoe to do my thing and speed glide off Gun barrel. The corporate dweeb had the gall to ask if I had ever been to HV. 2009 makes it 50 years steady. Anyway, until we all stand together and support speed gliding treeless run like gun barrel they will eject anyone trying.
